What a joy it was today to be photographing Mari who has just started her own bakery business! You can see the joy in her face while creating these masterpieces. The best part was the end of the session when we got to have some of this delicious "Zucchini Cake"! WOW! So good. You wouldn't have believed that this photo session almost didn't happen. This sweetest little girl had gotten sick all over her dress on the way to the photo session from being motion sickness in the car. YIKES! Luckily, the session was close to home so they ran back and got a new dress. The family made it to the session and it turned out great! So glad we didn't postpone it!

Another senior class of 2022 in the books! Red Rocks is very popular among the seniors, unfortunately the Red Rocks Amphitheatre has concerts every night from now through mid October! The smokey haze mutes the red rocks but Jacob's great smile was shining through! We were able to get some great shots though of Jacob at Mount Falcon park just south of the amphitheater. Wishing Jacob the best senior year!

Had a great session with Eli - Class of 2022! He has played lacrosse from as young as he can remember and a competitive skier as well. I loved incorporating his sports in the session as well as his interest in art and nature at the sculpture are in Beeler Park, right next to the Rocky Mountain National Wildlife Refuge.  He plans to go to college for business with a minor in photography.  Wishing him great success in his senior year and his future endeavors!
